Aztalan Engineering is a 100% employee-owned manufacturing company and is headquartered in Lake Mills, Wisconsin. The company was founded in 1978 by Jim Brey. Aztalan’s humble roots began in Jim’s garage and by 1992 their first manufacturing facility was opened.

Aztalan Engineering became employee-owned in 2009 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) and 100% employee-owned in 2014. While expansion has continued for Aztalan, employee ownership has helped them remain true to their original foundation of leadership and commitment.
