Bicycle Technologies International (BTI) is a 100% employee-owned bicycle parts and accessories distributor headquartered in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The company was founded in 1993 and provides local bike shops across the country with high quality products from around the globe.

In 2021 BTI became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Owned Trust (EOT). The company chose this model to improve the livelihoods of current and future employee-members and ensure that BTI continues on for future generations. When employees become members of the Trust, they share in the strategic decision making and the company’s profits.
