Brent Scarbrough & Company (BCS) is a 100% employee-owned company in the construction industry, headquartered in Newnan, Georgia. The company was founded in 1985 during Brent’s junior year at Southern Polytechnic State University. Since it’s inception, BCS has become one of the largest Heavy Civil Site contractors in Georgia. Over the past nearly two decades, the company’s presence has extended to Industrial, Commercial, Mixed Use, Healthcare, Residential and Renewable Energy Markets throughout the Southeast. The company prepares sites through demolition, clearing, grading, rock crushing, boring, excavating, installation of storm, sewer, water, & utilities. BCS's goal is to not only meet but exceed needs and expectations of clients through integrity, experience and safety.

In 2017, Brent Scarbrough & Company became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). BSC strives to build great relationships with our employees, clients, vendors and our community. Making those things important and our priority is what has led BSC to success for almost 40 years.
