AirPro Fan & Blower Company is a 100% employee-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Rhinelander, Wisconsin. The three founding members, Keith White Sr., Marty Mathews, and Jim Pierce (now retired), established the company in 2002, aiming to create good jobs and a sustainable business in their hometown. As a manufacturer of industrial fans, AirPro designs, builds, delivers, and assists in the installation of heavy-duty centrifugal fans and blowers. The company also provides field services, retrofits, and repairs for its own products as well as those from other manufacturers. Serving both OEM customers and direct industrial clients, AirPro's products cater to a wide range of industrial needs.
In 2016, AirPro Fan & Blower Company became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As a 100% employee-owned company, AirPro ensures all employees are fully committed to customer satisfaction. The company leverages its expertise to drive innovation while maintaining a fresh and skilled approach to an established industry. AirPro’s founding engineers brought decades of experience, and the company continually collaborates with customers and colleagues to stay ahead of industry trends and proactively solve problems.
This move to employee ownership was both strategic and cultural.
