Founded in 2005 by brothers Paul and Kevin Brinkman, Brinkman Construction initially emerged in Fort Collins as a comprehensive real estate enterprise, offering an array of services encompassing construction, development, commercial brokerage, and property management. In 2016 Brinkman Construction became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
