Since its inception in 1975, BSA LifeStructures has consistently demonstrated a commitment to progressive and sustainable design. The firm boasts a portfolio of projects that includes a number of LEED-certified buildings and facilities strategically planned to accommodate the future growth and evolution of the institutions they serve. Operating through multiple studios in Austin, Denver, Indianapolis, Raleigh, St. Louis, and Tampa, BSA LifeStructures has flourished over four decades not merely by designing buildings, but by crafting ingenious solutions that enhance the quality of life.
In 2017 BSA LifeStructures became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company values partnership among its employee-owners, recognizing that collaboration is essential to achieving collective success.The company champions an ownership culture of empowerment, wherein every member thinks and acts like an owner to secure the success of clients and the business.
