Corken Steel Products is an employee-owned wholesale distributor headquartered in Florence, Kentucky. The company was founded in 1955, originally established as a wholesale distributor specializing in metal roofing, rain-carrying products, and building materials. Over the years, the company ventured into heating and air conditioning equipment and its associated products. Today, the organization operates as three distinct divisions: Heating and Air Conditioning, Roofing, and Sheet Metal Fabrication. These divisions span across fifteen facilities. In 2021, Corken Steel Products became employee-owned when they established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
