Since the company’s founding in 1980, Dudek has grown from a two-person operation to a 700-person, national, and multidisciplinary environmental, planning, engineering firm. Dudek operates 7 national offices and has experience working on projects in all 50 states.    In 2003, Dudek became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
