G.W. Lisk Company is an employee-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Clifton Springs, New York. In 1882, the inception of the Lisk Company marked the beginning of their journey into bakeware design and manufacturing. Around 1910, George Washington LISK established a modest sheet metal workshop on a section of land that now houses their present U.S. headquarters. More than a century later, their product offering has diversified and now includes electromechanical solutions serving diverse industries, including aerospace, defense, on/off highway, oil & gas, industrial, and medical applications. G.W. Lisk Company has manufacturing facilities in the United States, Ireland, and China, as well as an additional sales office in the UK.

In 1994, G.W. Lisk Company became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
