The company was founded in 1966 by Louis Grace as a machine, tool, and die shop. Today, Grace Manufacturing serves the needs of many industries with precision metal parts via several different processes or even a combination of processes. In 2019, Grace Manufacturing became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
