Since the company’s founding in 1959, Hatfield and Company has been a distributor and manufacturer’s representative of leading technology products and solutions that help customers improve efficiency and quality. The company specializes in solutions for filtration, instrumentation, valves, safety, and other piping related products. Today, the company operates 17 locations across eight states.

In 2018, Hatfield & Company became employee-owned when the implementation of an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
