Since that time the company has expanded their services by utilizing existing equipment to include the growing folding carton packaging market.

J.S. McCarthy Printers became employee-owned in 2019 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The company saw the importance of their employees sharing in the company's success.
