For decades KSM has been known as Indiana's go-to tax firm and with decades in business, has now expanded to customers across the nation. KSM became employee-owned in 2001 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company's mission to empower great people to do great things.
