Kinney Drugs, a subsidiary of KPH Healthcare, was founded in 1903 and is headquartered in Gouverneur, New York. Since that time, Kinney Drugs has grown to nearly 100 stores across New York and Vermont. Kinney Drugs provides quality pharmacy, health and retail services at competitive prices. In 1984, Kinney Drugs became employee-owned when its parent company, KPH Healthcare, implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an employee-owned company, the company is responsive to the needs and goals of their employees to ensure there is an equitable return on their investment.
