Lad Irrigation Company is a 100% employee-owned agricultural irrigation company headquartered in Moses Lake, Washington. The company was founded in 1959 by Larry, Arlie, and Don which is where the company name is derived. The company started in turbine pumps and now offers a full range of products and services designed to meet all client's irrigation needs.

Lad Irrigation Company became employee-owned in 1995 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). One of the company’s original founders, Arlie, felt that Lad’s greatest assets were their customers and employees. One of Arlie’s greatest desires was to sell the company to the employees.
