Lee Contracting is a 100% employee-owned industrial contracting company headquartered in Pontiac, Michigan. When the company in 1989, Ed Lee set out to create a company with the knowledge and resources to take on heavy industry projects from start to finish. Today, the company provides a wide range of services including electrical, pipe fitting, foundations, fabrication, rigging, and maintenance and repair. They have also since opened a second location in Walker Michigan.    In 2015, Lee Contracting became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
