LEFCO Worthington is a 100% employee-owned manufacturer of engineered custom wood crates and heavy-duty skids for international shipping and a subsidiary of Evergreen Cooperatives. The minority-owned company is headquartered in Cleveland, Ohio and was in 2003 by Larry Fulton. 

LEFCO Worthington transitioned to employee ownership in 2023 when they were purchased by Evergreen Cooperatives and implemented a worker co-op. Employee-ownership is attractive to the company for several reasons; the model will allow LEFCO Worthington to provide attractive wage jobs which allow for true wealth creation opportunities for employee-owners.
