Miller Castings is a 100% employee-owned company in the aviation industry headquartered in Whittier, California. Since 1972, Miller Castings has been producing “lost wax” investment castings for aerospace, military, and commercial customers. They manufacture a wide range of structural and integral components, utilizing nickel and cobalt-based super-alloys, as well as stainless steels and aluminum alloys. In 2006, Miller Castings became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Customer satisfaction, quality, and on-time delivery are core priorities for Miller Castings.
