MJW Consolidated is an employee-owned company in the construction industry headquartered in Jacksonville, Florida. Founded in 1969 by Milton J. Wood, the company initially specialized in heavy equipment rigging and house relocation. Today, MJW Consolidated is a network of companies, Milton J. Wood Company, Milton J. Wood Fire Protection, and MWJ Engineering. Each company specializes in different disciplines and they seamlessly work together to deliver a wide range of construction, engineering and fire protection services.    In 2001, MJW Consolidated became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
