MVE Group is an employee-owned company in the electrical industry headquartered in Ephrata, Pennsylvania. The electrical contracting firm company got its start in 1973 and was initially called Meadow Valley Electric. As the company grew, the company acquired more businesses. In 2011, all of the companies united under a single corporation, MVE Group. Today, their master electricians are licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey and Maryland.
In 2009, MVE Group became an employee-owned company when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). When the companies united, all employees became owners. As a result of this, employees are included in all levels of operation and the company utilizes an open book management style.
Since becoming employee-owned, MVE Group is passionate about taking the company to the next level. Their measure of success will be determined by its employee owners' hard work and dedication.
