Neighborhood Fresh is a 100% employee-owned grocery store headquartered in Holland, Ohio. Neighborhood Fresh is a local grocer that operates four locations in Northwestern Indiana. The grocery store offers a variety of in-store services like a bakery, deli, lottery, carpet cleaning rentals, custom cake decorating, along with a large selection of beer, wine, and organic food items. In 2022, Neighborhood Fresh became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, Neighborhood Fresh employees are passionate about their local communities. They are proud to offer their customers a wide variety of fresh, quality products.
