The primary facility, based in Willmar, ensures swift order fulfillment for routine replenishment orders, while specialized orders can be sourced and shipped from various regional distribution centers situated across the United States.   In 2014, Northern Radiator became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
