Nussbaum Transportation Services is a 100% employee-owned freight transportation company headquartered in Hudson, Illinois. The company was founded in 1945 by Alden Nussbaum and was family-owned for many years until it became an employee-owned. Due to its central location, Nussbaum can serve customers throughout the continental United States. They also have a team of drivers located in various locations across the country to improve their operational efficiency.    In 2018, Nussbaum Transportation Services became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, employees take pride in their role and in the company’s success. Their shared contributions to the company also benefit them as owners.
