Onex is a 100% employee-owned company in the fabricated metal industry headquartered in Erie, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1966, Onex has over 55 years of experience designing and servicing industrial furnaces across the U.S. with American-made products wherever possible. In 2019, Onex became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Having an ownership stake in the company gives Onex employee owners a voice and motivates them to bring their best every day.
