Marketing specifically works with Kroger Supermarkets. In addition to Kroger's sales and merchandising, provide a multitude of merchandising and operational services for Kroger’s General Office, divisions, and stores.In 2017, P.L. Marketing became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, the company's employees take believe in what they do and take responsibility in their work.
