Pacific Cabinets, Inc. is an employee-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Ferdinand, Idaho. The company was founded in 1979 by Steve Frei with a vision to provide more employment opportunities to a local farming and logging community in north-central Idaho. The company started its journey in residential construction but found its true calling in commercial casework, leading to substantial growth. From its humble beginnings as a small shop nestled in a rural farming community, Pacific Cabinets has evolved into a prominent casework manufacturer in the Western United States.   In 2017 Pacific Cabinets, Inc. became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
