Pleune Service Company is a 100% employee-owned commercial and industrial HVAC company headquartered in Grand Rapids, Michigan. The company was founded in 1974 by John Pleune. His mission was clear from the inception of Pleune Service Company, to provide prompt, quality heating and cooling service to the commercial and industrial markets of West Michigan; that mission remains the same today. Pleune Service Company became employee-owned in 1988 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforces the company's commitment to exceptional service.
