R.E. Garrison Trucking is an employee-owned freight trucking company headquartered in Vinemont, Alabama. When the company was founded in 1959 by Roy Garrison, it was just a one-truck operation that brought poultry to the West Coast and fresh produce back to the Southeast. R.E. Garrison Trucking has experienced lots of growth in its 60 years of operation. Today, the company boasts 800 drivers and 250 non-driving employees. In 2019, R.E. Garrison Trucking became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As owners, R.E. Garrison employees benefit when the company is successful.
