RRM Design Group is a 100% employee-owned company in the architectural industry headquartered in San Luis Obispo, California. Founded in 1974, RRM Design Group provides a range of services including architectural design, civil engineering, landscape architecture, planning and urban design, structural engineering, and surveying. Today, they operate five offices across California and can take on projects from idea through implementation. Their mission is to create timeless designs that leave a lasting and positive imprint on those who experience them.   In 2013, RRM Design Group became employee-owned when they established an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As employee-owners, every member of the RRM team holds a stake in the company, mirroring the collaborative and supportive nature of its culture.
