SARA was founded in 1989 with the purpose of harnessing the creativity, innovation, and entrepreneurial spirit of engineers and scientists. SARA's expertise spans multiple technology domains, including RF, EMP, Pulsed Power, Acoustics, and Threat Warning, all of which are tailored to address the specific requirements of their clients.   In 2016 SARA, Inc., became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). As an ESOP company, SARA firmly believes in the power of shared ownership and its significant impact on team members.
