The Bell Company LLC, a subsidiary of HB Global LLC, was founded in 1940 by John P. Bell as a plumbing company. Today, The Bell Company has grown to one of the leading Mechanical and Plumbing contractors on the East Coast.   The Bell Company LLC became employee-owned in 2010 when its parent company,  HB Global LLC, implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).
