The Helsing Group is a 100% employee owned company in the real estate industry headquartered in San Ramon, California. The Helsing Group, Inc. was founded in 1991 and quickly became recognized as a leading provider of consulting services to the Common Interest Development industry.  In the mid 1990’s, they noted significant shortcomings throughout the industry with respect to the management services community associations were receiving.  At the request of many clients, their company moved to fill that void, and now offers management for community associations of all varieties: suburban condominiums, large master planned communities, high-rise developments, and mixed use (commercial/residential) of all construction types. Their expertise spans the development process at every stage, and their focus is on managing the thriving community over the long term. Today, the Helsing Group has expanded it's operations to the Sacramento area, as well as starting operations in Spokane, Washington, North and South Lake Tahoe, Reno, and Las Vegas. 

The Helsing Group became employee owned in 2014 when its founder, Roy Helsing, sold the company to his employees by implementing its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). All full time employees, after one year of employment, begin to participate in the ESOP on their journey to become employee owners.  Because their employees own the company they benefit in the company’s profits and obtain company shares above their regular compensation.
