THEA Enterprises, LLC is a 100% employee-owned sales, consultation and logistics company headquartered in Clifton, New Jersey. The company was founded in 1930 in New York City and one of the original electrical construction supply manufacturers in the area. Today THEA Enterprises has five locations and specializes in lighting controls, residential and electrical systems. THEA Enterprises became employee-owned in 2021 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Since inception there has been a culture of ownership; this move solidified that commitment by remaining true to the culture and value that's been built over the decades.
