Threaded Fasteners, Inc. (TFI) is a 100% employee-owned manufacturing company headquartered in Mobile, Alabama. Founded in 1979 by Frank Martin and Steve Sholtis, TFI  has evolved from humble beginnings into a prominent distributor of fasteners and steel bolts. They operate manufacturing facilities in both Semmes, Alabama, and Tampa, Florida. These facilities are pivotal in producing anchor bolts and specialized headed products.    In 2006, Threaded Fasteners, Inc. became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The transition to an employee-owned company was made to ensure the long-term welfare of its employees. TFI employs over 270 employee owners, distributed across twelve offices in six states, each catering to clients throughout North America. They offer comprehensive solutions to meet all the fastener requirements of their customers, operating in various locations.
