VBFA is a 100% employee-owned mechanical, plumbing, electrical, fire protection, and civil engineering firm headquartered in Murray, Utah. The company was founded in 1972 by Howard Van Boerum and now has 4 regional offices in Utah and Arizona. In 2019 VBFA became employee-owned when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership reinforced their company commitment to making a difference which VBFA is doing both in their community and the lives of their employees.
