Water Tech  is a majority employee-owned company in the wastewater treatment industry headquartered in Fort Smith, Arkansas. Founded in 1990 by Ken Farris, Water Tech provides comprehensive support services for a variety of waste and water processing facilities and programs.  In 2013, Water Tech became employee-owned when it established its Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Today, a majority of the company is owned by its employees. Water Tech has adopted a solutions-centric approach, dedicating time to engage with customers to gain a thorough understanding of their water quality, as well as the chemical, environmental, and mechanical obstacles they encounter.  Drawing from its substantial industry experience, the company is adept at devising cost-effective remedies to ensure customers remain compliant. Since becoming employee-owned, Water Tech has remained committed to curbing operational costs while upholding regulatory adherence which has propelled more than ten years of positive sales expansion and continued business investment.
