The company was founded in 1984 and specializes in restaurants, retail, convenience store & fuel retailing, banks and credit unions, education facilities, and healthcare projects. WH Bass became employee-owned in 2019 when they implemented an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). Employee ownership was a perfect fit for the company as preserving the legacy and culture was very important in addition to rewarding current and future employees for their hard work.
